I grabbed one to mainly check out what you have, now I have a headache :wallbash:, cpanel is in french (I am guessing) and to change this the .lang file needs to be deleted from the home directory, but I can not find it. I know enough cpannel that I can find my way around, but would be nice if you went to whm and added the language option to the cpanel.

So far it look good, well let you know how it all goes, but the emails (also in french, even after I selected the whmcs language as english) were fast and by the time I got them (Less then 5 minutes) the server was ready and I loged in to cpannel no problem.

Send me a support ticket to technical support and I will fix your problem:)

hope all goes well in your adventure, if you want english clients id sort that little issue first, second offshore dont mean safe no more places like leaseweb do get turned over like the rest of the places.. you pays your money you takes your chances with everything these days- is this your own rack/hardware or you rent from them

another good tip maybe offer hosting else where also usa france germany to give customers a choice:friend::drink:

no disrespect intended but i never go with resellers, nore one man bands no more due to being butt fooked a few times
for example famous rapidspeeds luckly enough i had seedbox service and had a bad feeling so i closed all my servers then they closed and ripped customers now im NOT saying you will do this by far-then it was with ipap.co they did the same i got all my funds back from paypal thank you lol pp
simple terms for me and most
kimsufi- 17-gbp a month for 2 gig ram 1tb hd for a dedi
vps- i get from $4 for which id rather have full control and at the price i get um for a have a few lying around to play with
webhosting- is very limited for what most want for which i would never use due to being like 64mb ram per account as a example

i have shown many people this and are happy with there service i think its competition you dont like Coraille so i can say your full of shit at this stage
so when you say you have bought usa server you lie you bought a usa node
