upload problem

i have giveed chmod 777 uploads dir and images dir and when i will upload comes thies error:

Hi, I use that source on a host,and all are good ,but I have one problem.
When I put a .torrent on site it apear only on dead torrents and in my client uTorrent the arrow up is red instead green.
Could you help me please??? :unknown::unknown:
