Sorry for my eng language. To translate from russia to eng use google/translate bloktest.
1. download notepad in russian language.
2. activate font and russian language from windows
3. copy all block php in russian and paste in google translate
Success.
or
1.find freehosting in native russian language
2. in chmod with copy and paste translate entire block php file
