id say you should not jump into dedicated before you see how it goes
get a VPS with a control panel for 10-15$/month and test some tracker sources and configs

thats if you want hosting in EU but you can choose to get the hosting in USA on the 'Datacenter' option

no source is secure few source give limited support and some nothing few are decoded so cont edit any sources to changes...
