I'm new to this, I have tried them all out. I want to be able to use external torrents, show seeds from those torrents and have alot of admin settings. I tried them all out and I like TBDev as well but it doesnt accept external torrents.

If you have any suggestions for me, I'm all ears. :drink:

What about admin settings and how much to make a theme for it?

I have it here installed on a test domain right now.
I'm only worried about a theme.

there are allot of setting for PMBT there is 34 areas in the admin panel for settings.

PMBT is allot easier to create themes for.
